Kohei Takahashi

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Urban Science, The Department of Urban and Social Collaboration at Yokohama National University, Kohei Takahashi lived and worked in Berlin, a centre of contemporary art, while creating work across video, music, drawing, and poetry. After returning to Japan and working at a film-trailer production company, he is now pursuing his practice in the Department of New Media, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts.

横浜国立大学 都市科学部 都市社会共生学科卒業後、現代美術の中心地であるベルリンで活動しながら、映像、音楽、ドローイング、詩など自身の作品を制作する。帰国後、映画予告編の制作会社での仕事を経て、現在は東京芸術大学大学院 映像研究科 メディア映像専攻にて自身の表現を探究している。
